SalaryMy client, a global music media business based near SOUTHWARK/LONDON BRIDGE STATION is seeking a SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT to join their growing business.
You will sit within the Group Function where you will involve a lot of business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
THE ROLE
- Defer & recognise revenue and operational expenditure on a monthly basis
- Reconcile costs for all projects on a monthly basis
- Update & reconcile the balance sheet on a monthly basis
- Raising or releasing accruals as necessary
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review
- Process all banking for experiential project events
- Help to review coding & posting AP invoices handled by the SSC
- Support the FM in approving payments on the bank
- Aid the team in the audit process
- Continually seeking ways to streamline & automate accounting processes
THE IDEAL PERSON
- FINALIST accountant with a max of 3 exams remaining
- Possesses excellent core accounting skills with a fundamental knowledge of debits and credits
- Intermediate to advanced excel and modelling skills (lookups, pivots, index match)
- Confident communicating with Senior Management level.
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
