Location: University Park We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Senior Manager (Head of Programme Administration, Student Record Data). You will be based within the Programme Administration team, which is the largest team within the department of Registry & Academic Affairs, responsible for the successful delivery of largescale processes supporting the student journey, Alongside the Programmes Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Programme Administration Team processes are effective, timely and produce seamless, accurate student data. You will advise process leads for student registration, module enrolment and Student Record management on system and data opportunities, requirements and dependencies to enable them to enhance and improve processes underpinning the student experience and administrative efficiency. You will collaborate with colleagues from across Registry & Academic Affairs and wider professional services to ensure that system use is optimised and data dependencies are understood in order to maintain a high quality of delivery and continuous improvement of the processes supporting the student journey. The Programmes Team Senior Manager will use their practical expertise and theoretical knowledge of specialised systems and data to support the delivery of services to students and staff. You will apply your expertise to problem solving, seeing the big picture while still paying attention to the detail. You will need to have had experience of providing specialist advice on data management and systems to deliver high quality outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Working with other Senior Managers you will lead the work of the Programme Administration Team and must have the ability to react positively to changing priorities. Further developing your network of contacts, you will ensure delivery of the priorities of the Team, Department and wider University interacting with a range of colleagues in academic schools and other professional services. This is a permanent, full-time post (36.25 hours). Applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
