What you’ll do
A new opportunity has arisen to leads the Networks demand management for the UK Market and manage the harmonisation of demand processes and associated ways of working across 11 European Markets in Networks.
You will be accountable for the operation and structured development of a high-performance cloud-based demand front door tool and supporting processes, enabling the effective management and prioritisation of Vodafone strategic objectives.
This role is accountable for the UK Networks Demand operation and leads a team within the UK market to manage £20m of Vodafone annual Demand and 800 annual demands. The role will also support the local mast sharing Demand and closely interact with the budget mobilisation and change management processes to ensure the Networks scope is closely managed.
Leading the monthly operational reviews, the Senior Demand Manager will be responsible for ensuring all KPIs, SLAs and other performance metrics are managed within tolerance.
Who you are
The role requires a strong understanding of planning and delivery methodologies, and experience of leading transformation initiatives to further develop the demand function. This will include experience of infrastructure implementation, network operations and IT technologies. A deep understanding of associated delivery methodologies is a pre-requisite.
Experience of large-scale transformation programmes across multiple markets and cultures- Strong stakeholder, commercial and operational management experience
- Excellent understanding of Demand and resource management.
- Experience of working cross-functionally to deliver feasibility study of proposals.
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills – able to communicate confidently and effectively to CNO level/E band level; able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Strong process understanding and how this sits with both users and IT development (Pega)
- An ability to quickly adopt an understanding of Networks verticals and their interface with the product teams
- Experience in delivery of complex, Networks based solutions
- Line management – 4 Direct Reports
