Your new companyWe are proud to be supporting a Private Healthcare Organisation with their recruitment of a Senior Manager for Vulnerable Customers, offering a minimum of 6 months assignment.Your new roleThis role is pivotal to companies' ambition to excel in supporting Vulnerable Customers, ensuring they deliver their regulatory obligations and delight customers at the same time.The role holder will be responsible for:
- Defining our Vulnerable Customer Policy across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Evidencing our adherence to policy, proving adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analysing all potential data points to identify gaps in adherence.
- Successfully escalating gaps in adherence in a timely manner to ensure remediation.
- Identifying and driving improvements to maximise the identification of and service to Vulnerable Customers.
- Ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations at all times.
Due to the significance of the Vulnerable Customer Policy the role holder will be required to present formally to the Senior Leadership Team, the Vulnerable Customer Committee and Exco as required. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have experience within a similar Vulnerable Customer Manager role and consumer duty regulations. You will also be passionate and enthusiastic about improving customers experience, have excellent written and verbal communication, excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft packages including Teams, Outlook and Excel and the ability to work well in a team and be flexible. They are looking to start the successful candidate immediately, which before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks. This role also requires a Basic DBS check & Credit Check, which Hays will put into process for you.What you'll get in returnThis role will be a hybrid working role and the office is based in Manchester. You will be offered a day rate between £350-£500, this will be negotiated depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
