Job Description

Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics

Do you have passion for a developing strategic workforce insights and people analytics? Do you enjoy storytelling through insights and developing actions to drive the business forwards?

Core Responsibilities

  • Ownership and development of narrative behind headcount status quo, planning and strategic Workforce Planning aligned to commercial ambitions of the business.
  • Utilisation of current systems, tools, and automation to lead the People Insights and Analytics agenda, reporting on the People Plan and how we're trending towards success through effective Workforce Planning.
  • Through collaboration and reporting, develop total oversight over salaried, hourly, commercial, and manufacturing talent and Workforce strategies.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience within strategic Workforce Planning with an international business.
  • Expertise in analytics, forecasting systems and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Python/R, advanced Excel and other SWP tools.
  • Interest HR systems – possibly you have experience within utilisation of cloud-based platforms.
  • A phenomenal collaborator and communicator with a keen interest in understanding business challenges through data.
  • Experience from several areas of HR through the lens of Analytics, including expertise in Talent Acquisition.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and navigating the nuances of local, regional, and global dynamics.
