About The Role
As a Senior Marketing Activation Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our global Beauty Box subscription service/ limited edition service, by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing activation plans to increase brand awareness, acquire new subscribers, and enhance customer engagement. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement global comprehensive Marketing Activation plans to drive subscription growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams/regional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, influencer partnerships, affiliates etc).
- Implement A/B testing to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness for our subscription service and limited edition service.
- Regular Reporting and Analysis:
- Conduct regular reviews of activation plans and results, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Creative and content collaboration
- Collaborate with campaign and brand teams to develop visually appealing and engaging content/assets for each campaign to resonate with different target audiences.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure compelling and on-brand content is executed across all marketing channels.
- Competitor Research and Landscape:
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape, monitoring competitor marketing strategies, and identifying areas for differentiation.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities in various countries.
- Marketing Calendar Ownership:
- Key contact for the Global Marketing Beauty Box Calendar for both monthly subscriptions and Limited Editions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining monthly activation plans and timelines for each region.
- Present the global marketing calendar on a weekly/monthly basis to key senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and go live effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in beauty or subscription-based marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
