Job Summary

We are recruiting for a brand-new opening as a Senior Marketing Executive within a growing Group Marketing Function. As part of a small yet robust team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and collaborating with senior internal stakeholders to drive success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who holds experience in content creation, campaign management and has a passion for writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching, creating, and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
• Crafting professional thought leadership articles and blogs that resonate with our target audience.
• Building strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders to develop impactful case studies.
• Collaborating with sales and insights teams to create data-driven content.
• Designing and implementing engaging email communications and newsletters to generate leads.
• Providing support with additional collateral, including presentations when needed.
• Working closely with external creative agencies to design compelling marketing materials.
• Providing insights for ad hoc reporting.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on content writing.
• Experience in a similar role (ideally B2B communications - recruitment industry or professional services preferred).
• A passion for crafting engaging communications that captivate an audience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with HubSpot, GoogleAnalytics and LinkedIn beneficial but not essential
