Senior Marketing Executive

Your new company
My client has over 15 years experience in the financial sector, providing B2B and B2C customers with services to enhance their working lives and manage their financial plans. Due to progression within the team, the job of Senior Marketing Executive is available on a permanent contract, based at their Weybridge offices with hybrid home-working.
Your new role
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will plan and deliver end-to-end B2B and B2C campaigns, drawing on traditional Marketing channels such as Content & Communications, PR, Events, and Email Marketing for both lead generation and nurture campaigns. You will plan engaging content, subject matter, and events, project-manage all campaigns through to execution (working with internal and external teams), and report on campaign performance. You will also support Internal Communications, creating messaging and supporting internal engagement events.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need good communication and project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns for different B2B and B2C audiences, as well as working closely with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. You will use previous experience in Marketing roles, demonstrating a good ability in copywriting and content creation, email marketing, events management, and campaign planning. You will also need solid analytical skills to monitor and report on campaign performance for future improvements. We are looking for applicants with the ability to take autonomous control of projects, with the confidence to put forward ideas, share in decision-making and communicate confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £32,000 - £37,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays (rising each year up to 30 days), a generous matched pension contribution, access to dental and medical health plans as well as financial planning and support. You will work in a hybrid way, with 2 days in the office and 3 days of home working available.
