Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. This role is primed for someone to become a Marketing Manager over time.

It is with an industry leading B2B company, working with huge brands such as Howdens, Screwfix and B&Q to deliver their products. You will be part of a strong Marketing team based over the UK and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills to effectively navigate the dynamic landscape of marketing.

In this role there is a strong push on new customer awareness and engaging audiences with the brand message. Experience in this external comms piece is well sough after.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

   • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
   • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
   • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Management:

   • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
   • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to make data-driven adjustments as needed.
   • Have Google Analytics experience.
   • Are you familiar with managing a CRM?
   • Understand SEO and PPC?

3. Brand Management:

   • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
   • Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception in the market.
   • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing initiatives.
