Senior Marketing Executive

The Whittan Group is the largest manufacturer of steel storage products in the United Kingdom. Polypal UK is one of our market leading brands; we design, manufacture and install storage solutions for commercial and industrial environments in the UK and Europe.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our busy and growing organisation within the Polypal UK brand. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies for Polypal UK Retail, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic.
Key responsibilities:
·Develop engaging online content including SM forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
·Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
·Analysing website data and customer data to define and recommend potential new segments to target.
·Managing and developing personalisation competitor analysis reports.
·Focusing on using website analytics data, customer analytics data and research methodologies for idea generation.
·Monitoring Personalisation and testing campaigns and reporting on performance.
·Using customer data to deliver personalised content at an individual level.
·Delivering relevant data content, recommendations and social proof campaigns to business defined customer segments.
·Build a strong relationship with the internal clients and external partners.
·Work across business disciplines to lead and influence change at an operational level.
·Provide support and guidance on data analytics to senior stakeholders.
·Develop Surveys using Pardot
Required skills & experience:
·Related degree or equivalent is desirable but experience equally valuable.
·Google Data studio experience
·Excellent PC and online skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Social Media platforms.
·Highly Analytical/Data Driven
·Proven marketing merchandiser, with experience of B2B.
·Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience would be advantageous but not essential
·Salesforce and Pardot knowledge would also be beneficial
·Experience of working in a multi-site, manufacturing business would be advantageous (or other business type with a diverse employee population)
·Candidates will be operating at a mid-level, with a commercial outlook and the ability to demonstrate they understand how to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
·Candidates will be able to align themselves to and act as an advocate for the organisational values
·Highly organised creative visionary with attention to analytical data.
