Excited to work with a retail beauty and cosmetics company focused to unlock their CRM team. The Senior Marketing Analytics Lead would help them make data-driven decision-making and has a knack for transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You will also have the opportunity to manage two analysts working within the marketing analytics team.

- Have a keen interest in CRM and digital marketing analytics, with a desire to delve deeper into customer behaviour and trends.
- Are a strategic thinker who can communicate complex data insights in a simple and effective manner.
- Enjoy leading and developing a team, guiding them towards growth and success in a supportive environment.
What you need to bring:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience within CRM, marketing and/or Retail.
- Experienced working with SQL and Tableau (Or similar)
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with experience in line management or mentoring.
Your role will involve:
- Providing insights to inform business decisions, focusing on CRM and Marketing Analytics
- Collaborating with commercial teams to enhance the value of CRM reports and analysis.
- Developing new analysis methods to address business questions and reporting needs.
- Leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Continuously managing and developing your team, fostering growth and innovation.
