This Senior Marketing Insights and Operations Executive will be responsible for driving uplift on CRM for the North regions, play a key role in database alignment as well as Identify opportunities to enhance our data integrity by supporting client teams and offices to perform health checks on lists and data sets. Within this role you will also be involved with email marketing campaign, campaign scheduling and understanding the broader client content strategy and spot opportunities to improve client comms.

This role will collaborate with Australia on developing and launching reports into the business that aim to understand client engagement and advise on the performance of channels and activities including search engines, social media, and email analytics in order to improve engagement.

The successful candidate for this role will have CRM experience from a professional services environment.
