To support the ongoing growth and success of this brand, a new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. Day to day, the position of Senior Marketing Manager will see you work in a small (and growing) team, as you lead the team in driving the website via brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities in the position of Senior Marketing Manager will include:

• Create and execute all encompassing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition.
• Regularly analyse data to optimise performance
• Create and execute a compelling marketing calendar that meets the business objectives whilst working alongside the Marketing Director
• Establish exceptional cross-functional relationships that enable you to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including meta ads, google, organic social media, email, and any other online advertising.
• Create, execute and analyse engaging seasonal catalogues to reach the target customer
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Play a lead role in planning and executing photoshoots to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials, ensuring the visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
• Oversee the creation of marketing material, including content, graphics, and other materials. Maintain consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities through market and competitor activities.

To be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Manager, you will offer the following:

• Proven in delivering marketing strategies for an online womenswear brand is advantageous
• A true marketer, skilled across the broad marketing mix
• Confidence in google analytics and day to day reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build and further maintain brilliant relationships cross functionally, across all levels
• An appreciation towards working in a small, collaborative and hands on team
• A growth mindset, naturally commercial whilst using your creative approach to seek opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once
• High attention to detail
