The purpose of this role is to help produce and deliver the marketing strategy , execute and deliver marketing communications multi channel campaigns with targets, budget management. To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques and love a fast paced role. You will be a seasoned leader, someone who can nurture and guide the team to success.

Responsibilities
- Drive commercial marketing activities surrounding new media/digital partnerships and maintain existing relationships
- Head-up and oversee marketing and media partnerships
- Create new and manage existing commercial opportunities associated with ticket packages
- Oversee the organisation of promotional activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets
- Manage the marketing communications team
- Oversee negotiation with suppliers to ensure the highest levels of delivery
- Ensure consistent use of systems and processes enabling the team to carry out and report on its activities efficiently and effectively
- Provide Management with on-going and post campaign effectiveness reports
- Remain up-to-date with the latest communications tools
- Promote a culture of testing and change to continuously drive improvement
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets, provide accurate forecasts
- Oversee management and delivery of all sponsor and partner agreements - delivering all contractual agreements for marketing and overseeing operational commitments
- Working with the Marketing Operations team to drive an insight and data led approach to campaign development focusing on strategic targeting alongside real time performance analysis to monitor and optimise channel effectiveness.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Team Management experience is essential
- Demonstrating experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate complex understanding of segmentation
