Senior Network Engineer

As a Senior Network engineer, you will be expected to attend customer sites to complete installation and maintenance work on the Northern Ireland PC’s, printers, scanners, EPOS, comms and network equipment.
What you'll need to succeed:
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with a desire to achieve. You will be of professional appearance and possess very good interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. The successful person must be flexible as their business is customer driven and must be able to react quickly when called upon.

Skills required :
Cisco CCNA accreditation OR Juniper JNCIA Qualification.
Essential Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Network Engineering/IT Support role (field based).
Demonstrable ability to successfully receive technical training, subsequently
Deploying the imparted knowledge to the best advantage.
Desirable
Full CCNP or JNCIS certification, or equivalent experience.
Firewall certification
Cat5 cabling and fibre splicing experience

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to investigate issues, analyse and present options for achieving a resolution with a strong understanding of WAN / LAN solutions.
