Company Accountant

Location: Hatfield, United Kingdom
Position: Company Accountant (ACA or ACCA qualified)
Hours: Part-time (3 days a week) with flexible start and finish times
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (FTE)
Benefits: Annual bonus, healthcare, 25 days annual leave (pro rata)

Responsibilities, not limited to:

• Manage rental incomes
• Handle bank accounts and reconcile balances
• Process payroll
• Maintain company credit card statements and bank statements
• Monitor cash flow
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Handle corporation tax matters
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Maintain shareholder and statutory records
• Manage pension-related tasks

Skills & experience:

• Xero, or similar
• Service charge accounts experience, not essential
• ACA, or ACCA qualified
• 5 years PQE minimum
• Able to work part time 
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible, hands-on attitude
