There's no such thing as a typical day in Dannsa House. As well as supporting with personal care needs and maximising their daily living skills, we also work to promote meaningful activities and encourage a sense of purpose. Within the home, the people we support have a wide range of interests and we enable them to experience them. This includes things like sports, cinema, theme parks, concerts, cooking and holidays.
All we ask from you is energy and creativity to let hopes and aspirations become a reality, we'll give you everything else you need. We'll give you training (with nationally recognised qualifications) and developmental opportunities. We genuinely care about your well-being and you will be supported by the management team.

What experience and qualifications do you need:- Level 2/ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable OR minimum of 3 years of experience of working as a Support Worker
- Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally young adults with disabilities, autism and complex needs
- Competent written and oral communication skills to include computer literacy
