My market leading Woolston, Warrington based client are one of the UK's largest engineering organisations. I am excited to recruit an Operations & Administration Coordinator to cover a period of maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling tasks according to project plans, planning and reporting of resources. You will manage the non-technical elements of operations including resource scheduling and the monitoring teams activities.

Job Description
- Setting up new projects on SAGE and managing these, along with the Project Managers
- Keeping Projects up to date on SAGE including revenue and cost recognition, raising PO's, invoices and change orders
- Ensuring timesheets are submitted and accurate, to support end of month reporting
- Setting up new customers and suppliers on SAGE, customer credit checks and new supplier registrations
- Processing expenses end to end including, monitoring of credit card statement submissions, getting approvals for all employee expenses and ensuring these are processed accurately
- General office coordination responsibilities from managing the pool vehicles and security processes to supporting with audits and stock control
Person Specification
- Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing and ability to foster credible collaborative relationships
- Experience in an operations or admin control role
- Understanding of project finances (costs, revenue, accruals, invoicing and debt)
- Ideally experience using SAGE 200, however, full training on this will be provided
- Have strong IT skills and an aptitude for learning new systems swiftly (having strong Excel skills and other MS packages would also be an advantage)
- Excellent customer service skills
