My client is a small Financial Servicesprovider based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to continued success and growth they are currently recruiting for a Senior Office Adminstrator to support both the Operations Director and Compliance Director.
Reporting the senior management this is a varied role with exposure to Compliance, Audit, HR and IT. Your responsibilities will include;
Compliance:
- Check Insurer financial ratings
- Review TOBAs
- Carry out sanctions checks
- Keep regulatory structure charts up-to-date
- Co-ordinate annual fit and proper assessments
Audit:
- Assisting the Audit Director with supporting administration in relation to internal auditing
HR:
- Co-ordinate the onboarding of new staff
- Keep HR files up-to-date
- Assist with the co-ordination of annual appraisals
IT:
- Arrange IT equipment/system access for new starters
- Review BCP information on a quarterly basis
- Monitor supplier contracts
- General office admin
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to consolidate and build on previous experience within the Financial Services sector. You will work with senior level staff and get broad exposure to all parts of the business. Experience within Financial Services is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Previous experience within Compliance or Audit is desirable.
