An exciting opportunity has arisen within an Boutique Property management services suited in Birmingham! This is a full time permanent position, offering between 25-30k dependant on experience.
This role would require the candidate to be the first point of contact for enquires that come in on a day to day basis and they would be working in an busy, varied and rewarding environment. The responsibilities include typical administrative duties such as diary management for the directors, taking calls and answering emails when required, preparation of letters, liaising with internal and external clients, post management, handling relevant bookings, management of internal documentation and keeping relevant software up to date.
The candidate must have excellent organisation skills, great multitasking skills and have high attention to detail.
It is desirable for the candidate to have had previous experience within an administrative role but training will be provided if required. The candidate must have relevant competency for Microsoft Office, and IT programmes.
