Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Senior Officer - Belfast

NI Housing Executive is one of the largest housing bodies in the UK.

About the role:

• Hourly Rate: £14.91 per hour
• Location: Belfast
• Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Holidays: 37 days pro rata
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

You will provide admin and operational/project support across the development and delivery of the Tenancy Sustainment Strategy. Duties will include:

• Investigate and research topics when requested, to support the development or amendment of strategies, policies/procedures, and business cases.
• Assist with gathering information and drafting reports and management responses
• Provide administrative support for team meetings, project boards and any other meetings
• Use IT systems and software to organise, evaluate and communicate information effectively
• Assist with establishing, implementing and maintaining a variety of databases, project management registers, and any IT based administrative systems

Criteria:

• A Degree, or BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification plus 1 year’s relevant experience in 3 of the 5 competency areas.

OR

• Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience working in 3 of the 5 competency areas AND continued professional development including attainment of relevant learning / qualifications.
• Required experience in three of the five specific competency areas:
