This exciting and brand newly created role focuses on all Operational aspects of the business. Reporting into the Operations Manager, this position supports their leadership and assists in leading the team.

Description
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to-
- Accurate data input, record keeping and report generation
- Spotting any discrepancies, errors and flagging them immediately
- Suggesting process improvement and discussing with team
- Developing new solutions in tandem with the team and client
- Determining and executing the critical path for individual transactions and proactively ensuring execution in a timely fashion by all parties involved
- Managing relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with our services;
- Escalating problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution;
- Analysing spreadsheets to extract relevant data;
- Stepping into the leadership position when the manager is off/ busy
- Acting as a second in command and assisting accordingly with training
- Identifying gaps, issues and assisting with the resolution on a project basis
Profile
The successful candidate must-
- Have experience working in a fast paced Operations role
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Stay calm under pressure
- Be professional in communication
- Have been in Senior/ Supervisory position before
- Be an excellent team player- this is a small team.
- Have good all round IT skills- including Excel
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Be organised and flexible
