Senior Operations Analyst

We are working with a growing specialist MGA, who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to their team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible in overseeing operational processes, processing bordereaux data and solving troubleshooting and underwriter queries, as well as monitoring aged debt and commission reconciliation etc.

The right candidate will need at least 4-5 years of experience within insurance operations, with the ability to process bordereaux and coverholder data. They will also need to have a 'hands-on’ approach and a 'can do’ attitude to approach the market and liaise with brokers and clients.
