The Senior Operations Director, Global Patient Affairs is a key member of the Patient Affairsteam and reporting tothe Vice President, Global Patient Affairs. You will deliver of patient-centric practices and projects as part of the primary strategic priority at Ipsen; to bring the full potential of our innovative medicines to patients.
As the Senior Operations Director, Global Patient Affairs, you will co-ordinate the implementation of an organizational ‘Patient 3.0’ strategy collaborating with divisional leads across the organization including the CEAS (Communication, External Affairs and Sustainability) and Commercial Leads.
In this role your primary focus will be:
Patients/external stakeholders:
- Co-develop and deliver/co-deliver patient centric projects and initiatives as required for the different lifecycle stages of the asset/medicine.
- Support creation and implementation of Ipsen’s ‘Patient 3.0’ strategy aligning all VP functions for a comprehensive industry-leading patient focus
- Support delivery of company patient-centric practices
- Support delivery of per-asset/franchise patient centric strategic programs
Colleagues/internal stakeholders:
- co-develop and deliver/co-deliver internal patient-centric capability and community training. This will include:
- Run training events with colleagues specifically with the Patient Champion Network and PO Leads
- Co-lead global to local initiatives for launch-readiness
- Co-Lead PO engagement and building PO relationships
- Contribute to communications initiatives that highlight the importance of patient centric practices
In order to be considered for this role you will have an appropriate level of qualification, coupled with a proven track record in data operations. You have an extensive experience in implementing and driving enterprise-wide initiatives and overseeing substantial budgets while demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset. You will be a strong and committed leader, both operationally and strategically, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
