Senior Operations Manager – International Removals - IMMIGRATION SERVICES – GATWICK
A Senior Leadership position has become available in our International Removals Escorting and Immigration Services Gatwick, this is a high-profile position requiring diplomacy, empathy, and drive.
This position offers a salary of £55000 - £65000 dependent on experience, to be discussed at interview. The position is 40 hours per week, with requirements to work occasional evenings and late nights to support your managers and team as this is a 24 hour operation.
Along with your salary you will receive a performance related 10% bonus, car allowance or Company car and a pension at 5.5%. To be successful in this role, you must have substantial experience at a Senior Managerial level, within a multi-site or complex operational environment.

Main duties
- Lead and manage a diverse team of staff to drive innovation, high standards and excellent performance across operational, contractual and financial management.
- You will be empathetic in your approach, providing effective and visible leadership, guidance and support and create a culture where people are respected and valued and fully committed to delivering an excellent service.
- Building a team of staff to develop and provide operational support to a growing and expanding business
- Drive and implement continuous improvement across the business and to share best practice.
- Motivate, encourage and coach the team to ensure company values and vision, policies and procedures and contractual standards are met at all times.
- Contribute to the overall performance and service delivery aspects of International Removals
- Support the operational day to day management of the International Removals team.
- Build effective relationships with the Home Office and relevant stakeholders to ensure best value in relation to the IR operation whilst meeting the needs and welfare of employees and residents.
