We are currently working with an experiential marketing agency that focuses on web development, design, social media, and paid marketing. In recent years they have also acquired an ecommerce company, generating over £1.5 million in revenue in its inaugural year, and became an equity partner in a YouTube channel with a loyal fan base of nearly one million subscribers. Due to growth, they are seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute compelling Google Ads campaigns aligned with client and in-house brand objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis for both new and existing campaigns.
- Continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI, including A/B testing and rigorous performance analysis.
- Leverage the potential of Google Analytics and other data-driven tools to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align our Paid Search efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Foster robust client relationships by providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
Ideal Experience
- Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns, or be able to prove exceptional knowledge and understanding.
- Google Ads certification is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and other cutting-edge digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
- A proven track record of consistently surpassing goals and expectations.
- A keen understanding of the latest Google Ads features and digital industry trends.
