Pick Everard are seeking a new Pay and People Operations Advisor to join our growing Leicester office, as part of our People and Culture team.
This role is essential to the successful delivery of our payroll and HR functions within the practice.

The Pay and People Operations Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Senior People Business Partner and Group People and Culture Director with a broad range of Pay and People Operations administration, including P11ds, pension administration, healthcare scheme enrollment, core transactional people administrative processes and the administration of some of our key staff rewards and application for our accreditation such as Investors in People and Best Companies.
This person will also be responsible for supporting with Pay Gap reporting in addition to internal and external bench-marking activities.
We are proud to offer agile working, to include 3 days a week working from the office and 2 days a week working from home.
Please note, this is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior People Business Partner to provide a seamless People Operations and Payroll service delivery to the business.
- Act as an initial point of escalation to the People and Culture Coordinators helping to quickly and effectively resolve employee queries and ensure that complex queries are escalated to the Senior People Business Partner in a timely manner.
- Work with the Senior People Business Partner to provide support to the wider People and Culture team on reporting and analytics.
- Lead on reward and recognition initiatives across the business
