Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a new challenge?
Do you have experience of running end to end payrolls within a Bureau or Practice environment?
Reporting to the Payroll Manager the role will provide a full payroll service including auto enrolment pension management to a wide range of clients using Sage.
Duties will include:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls in a timely manner
- Processing complex payrolls
- Manual calculations of SSP, SMP, SPP
- Completion of any forms for DWP if required
- Liaising with clients regarding any payroll queries
- Production of packs of reports
- Maintenance of the work schedule
- Issuing online payslips
- Prepare banking to pass on to senior management
- Upload pensions and liaise with providers
- Year end reports
- Assist managers in preparing quotes for cyclical re-enrolment process
- Supporting other team members as needed
Person specification :
- High volume payroll experienced gained within a bureau
- Upto date knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent communications skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Experienced in Sage
