A Leading retailer are seeking to hire a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the weekly, end to end payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of data entry.
* Process the company pensions scheme accurately.
* Reconcile all payroll information with the company's accounting systems and manage reports.
* Respond to enquiries from staff regarding all payroll matters and maintain employee records.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions, and other deductions.
* Identify areas of improvement in the payroll process and suggest solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
* Proven experience working with Payroll systems and some knowledge of implementing systems.
* Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented and organised.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
