Senior Payroll Executive

Based: Stirling (Hybrid 2 Days Remote)

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruiting for our client, a global Manufacturing organisation based in the Stirling area. We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Executive on a permanent basis.

You will be solely responsible for processing end to end payroll which will include, gathering and calculating payroll data, submitting all payroll compliance and reporting and dealing with employee payroll questions.

Responsibilities Include

• Download, quality check and follow internal approval for all time and attendance data
• Accurately input payroll data for processing
• Conduct calculations and deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP etc
• Issue payslips, P60's, P45's and deal with all payroll employee queries
• Administer company pension and benefits schemes
• Update employee new starters and leavers
• Submit all monthly and yearly payroll compliance requirements
• Create internal and external data reports as required
• Review internal processes and identify process improvements

Experience Required

• Solid payroll experience required which should include managing end to end payroll
• Ideally qualified in a relevant subject such as CIPP, AAT etc
• Confident IT skills; specifically, MS Excel, Time & Attendance and financial systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Good communication skills, able to deal with various internal and external customers
