Job title - Payroll Operations Administrator

Salary - Competitive

Full Time - 08:30 - 5:00pm

Hybrid working available after Training (2 days per week at home)

Our client is an independent accountancy firm. Our client has over 500 colleagues, and their people and culture is what matters most to them.

They are now recruiting for a Payroll Operations Administrator to join their Payroll Bureau and become part of a customer-focused, market-leading and ambitious Payroll service line.

Job Duties:

  • Setting up and / or processing Payrolls in full accurately and on time
  • Assisting with creating and producing of Payroll reports via Report Writer when required
  • Completing automatic enrolment set ups / processing including the declaration of compliance and then ensuring that any client queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Keeping up to date with changes to legislation and procedures
  • Attending events and client on-site visits as required
  • Working with the other members in the payroll team

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experienced working within a Payroll Bureau environment
  • Experienced working within an accounting practice environment previously
  • As a Senior position strong payroll experience is required.
  • Familiar with the Payroll Processing and / or On boarding procedures
