This organisation offers high-quality advice to businesses expanding overseas on a range of payroll, pensions, global mobility, tax and HR matters and has made great achievements in partnerships with governance tools.
Your new role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for

• Managing UK and international payrolls for clients
• Process the payroll in an organised and structured manner
• Coordinating and liaising with international payroll providers & HMRC
• Preparing and onboarding new clients
• Acting as the first point of contact for all queries
• Delivering various banking payments to clients within strict deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with year-end reporting and completing year-end returns for external payroll providers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fully or part-qualified CIPP certifications
• A keen willingness to be an integral part of the growing team to work with a variety of clients
• Motivated and self-starter to provide advice and develop in-country knowledge
