This organisation offers high-quality advice to businesses expanding overseas on a range of payroll, pensions, global mobility, tax and HR matters and has made great achievements in partnerships with governance tools.
Your new role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Managing UK and international payrolls for clients
- Process the payroll in an organised and structured manner
- Coordinating and liaising with international payroll providers & HMRC
- Preparing and onboarding new clients
- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries
- Delivering various banking payments to clients within strict deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with year-end reporting and completing year-end returns for external payroll providers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fully or part-qualified CIPP certifications
- A keen willingness to be an integral part of the growing team to work with a variety of clients
- Motivated and self-starter to provide advice and develop in-country knowledge
