Your new role
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed
- Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.
- Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.
- Managing & dealing with client issues / problems with their payroll matters.
- Ensuring that developments in payroll related matters are monitored and reacted to.
- Attend to all payroll billing accurately and on time.
- Assist with new payroll on-boarding where necessary
- Assist with engagement letters and AML procedures for new clients, as required.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of client management experience in the payroll industry and/or HR solutions.
- Excellent IT Skills and highly competent with Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience to assist with the development of the payroll business is preferred, alongside experience of Star/IRIS Payroll Professional.
- Previous experience identifying the requirements of specific payroll projects to enhance processes and protocols for all stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements.
- Preferably experience of acting in a practice environment dealing with external clients, but not essential for the right candidate.
