Hampshire Pension Services deliver a quality pension administration service to scheme members and employers, for the Local Government, Fire and Police public sector pension schemes. We are looking to fill a Senior Administrator role within our Communications Projects and Development (CPD) team. The CPD team have a wide variety of responsibilities which means workloads can change from day to day. Some of our duties include leading on annual and one off projects, providing training for all staff in Pension Services, updating the pensions website and dealing with complaints.
As part of the Pension Team, it is essential that you are able to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people. You will need excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your work on a day to day basis to fit in with the requirements and deadlines of the team. You will be able to identify issues and suggest solutions, have the ability to motivate others and have a “can do” attitude. You will be thorough with great attention to detail, a team player and able to see things through to the end, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers in the process.
