Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Housebuilder for the hire of a Senior Planner to join the team in the Reigate office.
The candidate:
The successful candidate will work within an environment of high motivation and productivity, maintaining effective working relationships and actively seeking recommendations for improvement. Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience in guiding, managing and/or deciding planning applications, and have experience of the Local Plan process, through promotion or contributions to drafting Local Plans. This is an exciting and varied opportunity and so you will need to be organised, flexible and respond well to new and changing situations. You will hold a relevant degree and ideally have experience in Planning and/or Development. The role requires travel throughout the Southeast region. Being an RTPI member would be advantageous.
