Pay Rate: up to £42.00 per hour PAYE depending on experience
37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 3 months
City: WIGAN
Hybrid working - Office / site presence will be expected at least once a fortnight.
An experienced and degree qualified Development ManagementSenior Planner that come into the Team and hit the ground running with a mix of new and old minor and householder applications. The focus will be on clear and concise decision-making and the ability to clear high volumes of cases. This will not involve any Major applications, but candidates with experience of dealing with Majors would be welcomed. Candidates will be required to have worked at this level previously, within a Local Planning Authority.
