Senior Planning Officer

Time for a change?
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Devon area who are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join the team.
You will be dealing with a caseload of planning applications which will include small majors, discharge of conditions, minors and some householder applications.
This is a post to address a backlog of planning applications, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can process a high volume of applications.
The council is flexible with hybrid remote working, with the requirement of attending the office and carrying out site visits once a week.
This is a 5-month contract, the manager is looking for rates to be sent over along CV's therefore I am happy to discuss what you would be looking for.
