The strategically important Senior Plant Operator role comes with a salary of up to �42,000, pension, life assurance and much more.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Farm Manager you will:
* Complete all planned and unplanned maintenance of plant and equipment across the facility whilst monitoring and maintaining plant efficiency.
* Take samples from around the site for analysis or various quality control testing
* Provide support to the Farm Manager and Plant Advisor as and when required and act as the liaison across the site.
* Feed plant with agricultural feedstocks
* Work alongside and assist third party maintenance contractors when needed.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant craft discipline (engineering, scientific or agricultural etc.)
* NEBOSH or IOSH would be ideal
* A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role
Personal skills
The Senior Plant Operator role would suit someone who is:
* Experienced in working within a similar role with strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance and commissioning.
* Confident of working with bulk flammable gases
* Familiar with Anaerobic Digestion, Power Generation, Brewing or Agricultural Engineering
* Happy working as a lone worker at times
* Available out of hours and occasional weekend cover
