Senior Probate Officer

Our client, a global wealth management organisation are seeking a probate expert with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their highly collaborative Probate Team. You’ll be in charge of end-to-end administration, providing top-notch service to beneficiaries. For someone with 4 years of case management expeirence this role could be offered on a remote basis!

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking on the role of executor or assisting a lay executor
• Handling all probate application paperwork and inheritance tax forms
• Overseeing tasks to ensure prompt and effective service/legal document distribution
• Collaborating with team members to proactively spot and execute business strategies for process enhancement

Requirements:

• +4 years probate administration experience.
• Proficient in probate application documents.
• Proactive in ensuring timely service delivery.
• Stellar client communication and relationship skills.
• Organized with excellent administration abilities.
• Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings.
