Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the MMA Team Lead you will:

* Provide day to day technical engineering support including on breakdowns, process improvements and project developments.
* Monitor the reliability of equipment while seeking improvements and troubleshooting problems.
* Support the change management process, ensuring process and practice are adhered to and authorised properly.
* Complete project design calculations for small scale lab equipment.
* Update and maintain controlled documentation, i.e. drawings, datasheets, pressure, and relief register.
* Propose and justify modifications to equipment or to operating procedures to improve safety and reliability.
* Ensure all assigned work is completed within agreed budget.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

* Degree, or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering.
* Working in & contributing to a 24/7 chemical, gas or energy process.
* Experienced in the review and approval of the change management process.

Personal skills

The Senior Process Engineer role would suit someone who is:
