Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement team in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Oversee the tendering process for large contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and align procurement strategies with organisational goals.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, with a focus on the energy market ideally
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and experience in managing large-scale contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
