Form of workI have the pleasure of partnering with a key Morson customer to find an interim Procurement/Category specialist to oversee the Finance and Tax functions.
Contracted until the end of the year, your focus will be on the more Ad-hoc requirements from the Senior Stakeholders within key Professional Service functions:
About the role
Run procurements - ITT, FTS, frameworks to procure a wide range of services including:
- Finance – audit, reporting.
- Legal – legal contracts and frameworks
- Professional services– including insurance, strategic consultancy and ad hoc consultancy.
- Financial Services - Banking and (some) Telecoms and associated categories
- Negotiate contracts, extensive stakeholder engagement, dealing with significant reporting and processes relating to PCR /CCR procurement.
About you:
- Experience of working within the Public Sector and a knowledge of the various frameworks is a must.
- Ideally, you will have experience of Professional Service functions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- With a central London office, and a hybrid model, you will operate 2-3 days a week on site, the remainder from home.
The role has an attractive daily rate of £750 per day via an Umbrella.
