Senior Procurement Manager - Leading Facilities Services Company
Location: London based (Hybrid)
Salary: £80k-£90k + Discretionary Bonus at circa 10% + £5k Car Allowance + Other Benefits

This nation leading Facilities Services business been a household name in the market for more than 20 years, but despite its' leading status is seeking to improve the efficiency and management of their procurement process.
Following a prolonged period of growth and increased market share, they now seek ambitious and driven procurement professionals to join their award-winning function to spearhead to procurement function towards best-in-class.
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you'll be joining an established team, but operating a new position (NOT a replacement) between the commercial and operations & accounts teams to:
- Developing a PSL 'league table' to measure compliance and act accordingly with the accounts team to develop new strategies to improve efficiency.
- Understand contractual requirements and obligations and ensuring compliance to maintain client relationships.
- Negotiating and analysing contracts throughout the entire supply chain, to increase margins and develop new sourcing strategies.
- Develop new policies and procedures to better collaboration between departments.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Manufacture presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Presenting any supplier issues or risks at the Procurement Governance Board
This is a Senior Manager position, so will include transforming procurement and sourcing strategies while been the main contact for all procurement and supply chain inquiries.
As such, a minimum of 7 years facilities management experience is needed. While experience in Hard FM or Engineering, and a degree in procurement / supply chain management is ideal, it is not essential. However, a CIPS/CPM certification or evidence of continuous, professional growth is required.
