Our client, an elite US law firm, is seeking a talented Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with expertise in Special Situations Financing to join their London Finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor within our client’s London Finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling complex restructuring transactions. Your responsibilities will include managing the analysis and documentation of finance aspects, specialising in Special Situations transactions and distressed investments. Utilising your strong client and project management skills to serve sophisticated financial institution clients, such as investment funds and institutional lenders. Join a multidisciplinary team at the forefront of innovative transactions, advising clients on financings, acquisitions, and restructurings across the UK and EMEA.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- England & Wales qualified Finance lawyer with 4-6 years PQE.
- Proven experience in managing complex restructuring transactions.
- Expertise in Special Situations transactions and distressed investments.
- Strong client and project management skills.
- Prior experience with liability exercises and debt reviews.
