How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Lead the presentation of Implementation Services during pre-sales and contract negotiations with merchants and make recommendations on best practice of implementation in order to maximize the likelihood of success.
  • Understand merchants requirements (business and technical) to translate into a well-defined product requirements and project plans that align with Pay with Bank development schedules
  • Drive product innovation and roadmap based on customer needs driving greatest revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for managing merchant implementation projects from initiation to go live dates, ensuring they are on time and in budget
  • Market insights: have a proactive approach to build up knowledge base around everything open banking in the external market, being able to contribute internally to product strategy.
  • Lead strategy to drive performance and retain existing customers by building strong relationships with our existing merchant base
  • Build collaborative effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business development, tech, compliance, legal etc.
  • Manage regular merchant facing product reviews and reporting
  • Motivate, inspire and develop implementation executive.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Growth mindset, ability to inspire others and build resilience within team
  • Strong communication, negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Self-reliant, detail-oriented and a fast learner
  • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners, central and local teams and stakeholders
  • Merchant facing experience - ideally in sales or business development environment.
  • Technical accumen and experience - knowledge of JAVA, agile methodology a plus
