Agency Summary:
The role can be reduced, in summary, as taking responsibility for our client’s most critical, public-facing, digital services.
You will work with Service Owners, Technical Delivery Managers and Agile Development Teams to ensure User Stories are appropriately User-Centred, are able to meet objectives in line with Governance and are implemented through associated delivery teams.
- Championing User-Centred design.
- Creating or redesigning settings, forms & workflows for public services.
- Defining and setting of payment and billing processes across all user bases.

Experience/Skills:
- Experience working with Public-facing services/applications.
- Proven experience in establishing strategy, standards and policies for digital services.
- Notable experience working in a Business or Technical Analysis capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal skills – would be a bonus if you know GDS standards.
- Ability and passion for mentoring and collaboration.
- Experience working with modern agile tools such as Azure DevOps to manage Roadmaps Backlogs and Insights.
