As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Product due-diligence, integration strategy, execution, and product go-to-market. You will play a key role in the identification, qualification, alignment, and post-acquisition integration into our portfolio of products and services. This role offers strong personal and professional growth opportunities to the right person, and the ability to deliver software that has a meaningful impact on the world.
- Product focused due diligence of target acquisitions to highlight risks, issues, and assess product integration challenges
- Analysis of opportunity, the market, product acquisition fit, unique selling position, product feature comparison, segment, and vertical analysis to inform the post-acquisition strategy - internal portfolio and competitive landscape
- Partner with senior executives, business development, business line and workstream leaders to design product integration strategy closely aligned with the company goals; drive timely and objective decision-making
- Clearly define objectives and metrics to monitor the successful product integration, and realization of the acquisition value
- Own the acquisition product integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with senior leadership team. Keeping senior management and key stakeholders informed of project status and escalating issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality, or budget
- Alignment of multi-functional teams in delivery, interlocked roadmaps and proactively manage dependencies with a singular focus. You will work closely with Business Line Product Managers, Engineering, UX and Technical Project Management on delivery.
About you
- Product Management or Business Development for Software Products
- Experience with complex acquisitions in a software company
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a commercial mindset Experience creating, managing, and delivering product roadmaps
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or horizontally aligned teams
