We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product organization. This role can be performed from our Dublin office, or remotely across Ireland or from the Greater London area. This role will involve occasional travel to the UK and North America for meetings and events.

The Clio EMEA team is a centralized team based in Dublin that has representation across product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets worldwide.

What you'll work on: Product Leadership and Execution

As a Sr. Product Manager and in conjunction with your Development and Design counterparts (your triad), you will drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area. Working from the overarching strategy set by your Group Product Manager you will develop a roadmap in conjunction with your peers that moves our business forward and evangelize this throughout the company. You will own the delivery of features in the roadmap while also ensuring they deliver on the desired business outcome.

Strategy and Prioritization

You will drive customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop unbiased business cases, and determine priorities that help Clio best deliver on our mission and against our annual OKRs. You will build conviction in the initiatives that you choose to invest in and be willing to pivot when priorities change or new information comes to light.

Market and Customer Understanding

We truly believe that the success of our customers comes first so expectations for Product Managers to be the expert on the user is high. As such, constant communication with customers, (existing, churned and prospect) as well as a deep understanding of the markets in which we operate will be expected. This will be complemented by deep quantitative data to complete the customer picture.

EMEA Leadership

As the Senior Product Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa ("EMEA"), you will be a member of the EMEA Leadership team. You will be responsible for communicating the product strategy and roadmap to the other EMEA Leaders, driving cross-functional initiatives, and helping with developing Clio's culture amongst the broader EMEA team.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in bringing US-based products to EMEA markets

• 4-5 years of experience in product management

• Experience using data to inform decisions without succumbing to analysis paralysis

• Genuine ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and operate from a place of empathy

• A significant number of failures under your belt, the learnings of which you can bring to Clio

• Demonstrable experience defining success metrics for your products/features and managing against them

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team without ego

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Have the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization

• Ability to thrive and deliver while surrounded by chaos and ambiguity

Serious bonus points if you:

• Exposure to the legal technology industry or billing/accounting industry would be advantageous

Hub Office: Dublin, IE

This role can be performed from our Dublin office, remote within Ireland, or remote within the Greater London area.
