Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Managers and sales to update expected delivery dates and actual lead times
- Plan and schedule customer orders ensuring timelines meet testing and delivery expectations
- Process customer orders on ERP, issue proforma invoices, and handle order acknowledgements
- Manage the scheduling of works based on confirmed delivery dates and production needs
- Communicate manufacturing and production updates to improve clarity for teams and customers
- Assist in managing and communicating quality control issues within the team
- Analyse and report on capacity gaps to support sales initiatives
- Ensure stock availability by monitoring and planning minimum order levels
- Maintain production-related data meticulously to support efficient operations
- Track task progress to meet internal and customer deadlines effectively
Job Requirements:
- Experience in planning within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software
- Strong understanding of production line efficiencies
- Proven abilities in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to handle negotiations
