They are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to be a part of their dynamic team. In the role of Senior Project Administrator, you'll be tasked with overseeing and managing the administrative support functions of a project. This includes collaborating with a team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as supervising two direct reports. Your primary goal will be to coordinate the mobilization of resources to ensure the successful completion of the project. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will:
- Help in the planning, execution, and completion of operational projects.
- Strong experience in project administration or coordination,
- Solid Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
- Interested in opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Proficient in project management tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help in the planning, execution, and completion of operational projects.
- Support the Co-ordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Attend project meetings, document key decisions, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Generate regular reports to track project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Assist in resource allocation, tracking team members' workloads, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
- Collaborate with team leads to address any resource-related challenges.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project risks, proposing adjustments to plans as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related materials.
